Thank you so much for all the fitness advice on my post the other day. The vast majority of y’all noted that getting my calories and protein up is the name of the game. Which I know but have been ignoring because it’s hard 😅 I just spent 5 hours meal prepping breakfast lunch and dinner for the next week so I don’t miss any meals and have at least my body weight in grams of protein each day. Wish me luck eating all that stuff, it’s a comical amount of food
