Today has been a super productive gardening day for me!
I planted out my very first plant starts of the season (pics 1, 2, & 8) to see how they'd do. A lot of the gardeners I follow on YouTube plant at this stage where the babies only have 1 set of true leaves. We'll see how they do and go from there.
I weeded out my new celery patch and planted 3 different kinds, all purchased for me by ya'll. (pics 3, 7, 9) pink plume celery, run of the mill garden celery, and celeriac root. I also planted some of the celeriac root in a box next to my garlic box, just to see the difference. (pic 10)
I discovered and dug up an extra red currant bush that was growing in my garlic patch, and will probably sell that boi on Facebook for more plants, or trade it, or plant it on my property. (pic 11)
I transplanted some of my huckleberries from what I call the tray of losers, seeds that didn't sprout within 2 months so they got moved to make space for non-loser plants. (pic 13)
I also took some time to admire the natural splendor around me. There's a trio of Bluejay males that are all building nests in one of my trees, and I've put out a bowl of birdseed for them. These guys are super bright. The first day I got here they actually flew st me yelling, demanding food. Since I put the bowl out they've been very friendly, even hopping up there to eat while I'm gardening near them. (pic 4)
My neighbor has a thing for invasive species, and his bamboo has been plaguing my family home for the last 10 years. The shoots are up, but I don't mind because I'm using them for garden railing to keep the dogs out. Also it means no one will care when I order and plant my own bamboo. Except mine I'm thinking mine should be like 50ft tall instead of his modest 20ft tall stalks. Anyway, the sprouts are very pretty but deadly to bare feet. (pic 5, 6)
My strawberry plants are in full production and I'm expecting fruit in 2-4 weeks. (pic 12)

My OnlyFans is majorly glitching, so that's about all I did today. Did you spot the booty?
