I get really excited about history and vintage clothing- this garter belt was part of an enormous stash of vintage clothing stowed away by a lingerie store that thrived in the 60s and intended to reopen in the late 70s upon relocation but never got the chance. Recently the stock was discovered, giving costume and vintage lingerie nerds like me access to some incredible pieces in excellent never-worn condition!! I bought this 60s garter belt for an upcoming project but couldn't wait to gush to you about how lovely it is!!!
