It’s time for another fitness challenge to Lora Cross! This one was posed to her by a loyal fan, and includes two individual challenges: pushups, then situps.

The pushup challenge is simple: Lora is tasked to do 85 reps in 4 sets or fewer, starting the final set by 5:30.

The situp challenge is similarly straightforward: Lora has 4 minutes to complete 100 situps.

Watch and see if Lora’s fitness was up to the challenge!
