It’s time for another fitness challenge to share with yall. Here’s the breakdown:

Part One - 32 chinups in 5 sets in under 6 minutes. Each set must have a unique number of reps. 

Part Two - Complete a 2 minute wall-sit; thighs must be parallel to the ground, and cannot touch thighs with hands.

Part Three - Barbell overhead press with axle bar (45lbs); 65 reps in 5 sets; must begin the final set before the 5 minute mark.
