Hello all! It is time for another workout challenge! Here are the challenges:

In the first challenge, I have 5 minutes to do 30 pullups in 4 sets or fewer.
In the second challenge, I have to do overhead press with the axle bar: 65 reps in 6 minutes in 4 sets or fewer.
In the third and final challenge, I have to do 40 single calf raises, split anyhow, directly into 40 calf raises with both legs.
