Here we have another fitness challenge video! This one has three parts.

In the first part, I was challenged by a friend of mine to do 26 chin-ups in 4 sets or fewer in less than 5 minutes. The next part I had to do a wall-sit for 1:45. The last part was 7 sets of 10 pushups in under 5 minutes. Watch to see if I am able to succeed on these!
