i think yall know i like to be a bit transparent lol especially if i think it may impact my interactions with yall >.<

so im realizing my social media/screen time is reaching an extreme again and it’s rly not good for my mental.
i wont be taking a break, but i will be adjusting how i use my time and my phone.
