I know how much me going from fit-to-fat turns @aurora_lovex on, and since she loved seeing how out of shape I was in my treadmill video I wanted her to see it in person! She got to be my "personal trainer" for the day, showed me how to do various exercises and I attempted to do them. Even though I used light weights I was SHOCKED at how difficult everything was! Since I used to be a runner I never did any of those exercises, not that I'm much of a runner now.. but I had no idea what I was doing! You can literally see how shocked I am when she does the medicine ball because I already know that there's no way I'll be able to do it, despite how hard I try. This video made me so sore, this will definitely be the last time I try working out for a while.
