 Only sports bras during workouts.
 Doctors don't recommend wearing bras, they can cause some health problems. And to be honest, wearing a bra for many hours is very uncomfortable. I hope someday this item of clothing will be a thing of the past, like corsets once were (well, maybe for sex plays in the bedroom only 😉).
