Time to put that edging energy to good use again. Today I want you to do sets of 5 push ups. After you've done 5 push ups you can edge for 1 minute. Then you have to do 5 push ups again and this cycle continues until you can no longer do any push ups. If you can't do the first 5 push ups try doing cheat push ups where you start on your knees πŸ₯°
