Tried to take a bath today in my jet tub for the first time since moving into my new place and it didn’t go very well 💀 story time LOL a truly heart wrenching tale…

So to start, I was so god damn excited about this bath. I truly felt like it was going to solve all of my problems both physical and mental and I was just overall hype af. I was filling the tub and it was like a god damn sauna, was pouring in different epsom salts and had a glass of wine and Game of Thrones on my laptop ready for when I finally got in….

Well I turned on the jets and well uhh… I guess cause the jets haven’t been turned on in who knows how long (I’ve been in my new place for about 5 months now) it shot out so much debris and gross looking shit that it had my jaw on the floor 😭

So I bid farewell to my lovely expensive epsom salts and watched it all go down the drain and was like “ok I’ll just clean the tub and give it a wipe down and then refill it 😩” - so I do that and begin to refill and half way it turns ice cold so I had to stop filling it. But I hadn’t given up yet… my naked ass sat on the bathroom floor for another 30 minutes just waiting for the water heater or whatever to heat up again and then continued filling the water which brings me to these photos of me enjoying this nice barely lukewarm 4/10 bath with no epsom salts or bubbles and a sore body.

I guess I will just have to try again tomorrow 🥲💔
