😜Current condition ❤️
A couple questions I've been getting recently.
1. When am I stepping on stage ➡️no plans to. I stopped crossfit and dropped the excess bodyfat I needed in order to compete in it. I'm More comfortable slightly leaner.
2. Why am I meal prepping➡️ I always have. I've eaten the same things every day for 10 years. My calories might vary but my diet remains extremely strict year round no matter what.
