Hey guys how's it going? Update on me and my life; I've been doing pole classes for the last two months once a week and am really enjoying it! Going to move up to the next level of classes soon which is fun :) Also have been trying to live more mindfully since the new year, taking care of my body and mind and avoiding doom scrolling as much hehe it's going well 💞
