Comfort zone. And I sincerely believe that in order to achieve something, you need to get out of a state of comfort. I believe that stress can reveal the most unexpected qualities in a person! For example, I didn’t like jogging before and I felt bad after a few minutes of running. But as soon as I overcame myself and started running every morning, I began to feel much better.
