hey everyone. the issue with my DMs is partially fixed. 
it seems they were able to fix the notifications and im able to see how many messages i have now but those messages aren't showing in my inbox. only some were able to load so i'm going to have to contact them again to check what the issue is. again sorry for the delay in responses and hope they can get it fixed soon!
