Mental Monday; Bro I can’t lie I’ve been in a MOOD this last week! 

My only suggestion when you start to get down or feel irritable like I have been this last week is to grind a hobby that you love doing and use all your energy to better yourself in that activity until you overcome whatever is going wrong inside your head. That’s always worked for me with wrestling! That in-the-zone state is meditative and is a form of therapy that people use. Honestly it’s the only therapy that works in my opinion and it’s free!
