Love seeing my face and hair looking ao healthy honestly! So here's what I use; Collagen pills, 2x daily, biotin, 2x daily, vitamin E, oil and soothing gel for my skin from my aesthetician @ask_aliesh. Cocoa butter stick on my face during every work out. 20 minutes in the sauna daily, cardio, which works wonders for your skin. I drink a gallon of water each day. I primarily drink only water, cuz the sodas and juices come out in ur skin. Hair food oil over night, which i brush in my hair at night fresh out the shower, then i cover it with a durag and sleep on it. A bowl of frresh fruit, atleast 5 different fruits, daily to start my morning, because the antioxidants are so helpful to maintaining a youthful glow. Also a spinach salad daily.
