So cardio+plus heavy weights+nutrition is how I have built the lean muscular physique, and how i have kept it for years. A lot of you niggas skip cardio completely,  and just look massive, but not good to me tbh. 30-45 mins of cardio a day on top of the weight training will change or whole look, clear your skin, and make u fuck longer/dick get harder because of the increased bloodflow, and oxygen in your bloodstream.
