You know what's really on my mind?
 
 Which worldviews are a detriment to our species. Foremost is how privileged I am to practice BDSM in a SSC (Safe Sane and Consensual) & RACK (risk-aware consensual kink) manner conducive to the healthy growth of adult exploration and relationships. Probably most who ever lived had the disadvantage to either experience the reprehensible form of domination and t0rture, or to not have the cultural and economic freedom to experiment.
 
 For example:
 -Albigensian Crusade in France 1209-1229 by Pope Innocent III "cleansing" heretics (those who disagree on what a supposed creator has said).
 -Giordano Bruno murdered in 1600 by Pope Clement VIII and the religious authorities during the trail who thought they knew best to decide to cut his tongue and burn him at the stake for heresy.

 I count Theism in that category of harmful ideologies. Y'all can believe as you like but I think the kernel of the problem starts at the individuals who affirm that they know a creator's guidance. That's where they get ideas to think homosexuality and kink are out of line.
