If any videos I’ve sent you or you have purchased won’t play, do the following:
If you’re using iPhone safari browser, click the double Aa in the top left hand corner of your phone screen, the click ‘request desktop site’.
After this it will ask you to log in again, once you have logged in again the videos should work!
If you are not using iPhone try using a laptop to get onto the desktop site
If using an android click the three dots and click “request desktop site”
