My workout today, for those of you who are interested....

Workout Day 4 of Week 4 - Back, More Legs & Cardio

Underhand Grip Barbell Row  (3 x 8-10)

Single-Arm Cable Low Row (3 x 8)

Single-Arm Wide Lat Pulldown (3 x 12)

Leg Extension (3 x 20/15/10)
superset w/
Bodyweight Close-Stance Squats (3 x 20)

Seated Leg Curl (3 x 20/15/10)
superset w/
Reverse Lunges (3 X 10, all reps on one leg, then the other)

Cardio: 30-minute HIIT on elliptical machine
