Due to so many of you asking exactly what my workouts consist of, I'm going to start posting them here. Just bear in mind that the workout I'm doing won't be the one YOU should be doing, as any proper routine is customized for each individual based on his or her age, weight, current level of fitness, goals, experience and availability of time to spend training. I'm only posting the exact workout for those who are curious, not as any sort of "recommendation".
