I recently had to climb some stairs for the first time in at least a year. I’ve gained a lot of weight over the past year and it was much more difficult than the last time! I wanted to show you just how much of a struggle it was, so I had my friend record me. Ignore the big spot of water on my shirt- I spilled all over myself right before filming. 🤣 LOL
