December hit me HARD. I haven’t felt this out of touch with reality in so long. I’m so sorry I disappeared. I’m angry at myself for letting it get so far but truly I just don’t leave under the blankets until I really need to. It’s been hard and I know I’m a crazy rollercoaster but I really appreciate you for stickin around. I’m gonna try to get my mind back on track, create more routines to keep myself active.
