Decentralized Finance?! The hype is here and its happening, so what’s this all about 🧐

Crypto is a new digital currency that is decentralized, that means that cryptocurrency isn’t issued by a central bank. It is exchanged from person to person, gone are the days we need someone to hold onto our ‘money/currency for us! So if we don’t have a bank how do we make sure its secure? We do this through blockchain technology. Blockchain is a network of computers that is extremely secure. When you receive currency from another person it has to pass several checks to be validated. Having multiple checks on multiple computers makes it EXTRA secure. 🛸 There are lots of exciting things the future holds for us!
