I got my teefs whitened for the first time and it’s been such a confidence booster, so expect many white teeth boobie pictures 😁 (before and after pic in the last slide incase anyone is curious). 

1 month from now, I get Brius braces (they’re hidden behind my teeth, so you won’t be able to see them) and I’ll be back to my old smile in no time! I’m sick of not smiling in photos! 

Feel free to comment any questions about zoom in-office whitening if you have them. The basics, it was: 
- $380 at my office
- three 15 minute sessions (you can do up to 4, but I tapped out at 3 because my teeth started feeling sensitive)
- in office treatment is equivalent to 15 at home treatments in 1 hour
- you might be unlucky like me and experience “zingers” (random sharp pains that feel like you’re being electrocuted while biting into an ice cream cone). The worst of them was 1 hour after the session was over. I felt virtually nothing during the treatment itself, but at the end, I noticed as one random tingles and fortunately told myself to stop. Some of the zingers were so bad, I cried and screamed, but the pain totally goes away within 1-3 seconds. The Dr said it’s rare people have as intense a reaction as me.
