I have to significantly increase my calorie counts on and before all workout days to keep my natural titties and fuel muscle growth. I don't mind at all! I've been making the most delicious patty melts on grilled sourdough w crispy cheese all over. 🤤 They are SO good and so many calories since I do grill them in butter, of course.  I've been building a better butt through these workouts too. It hurts so much!!!
