Well the nearing hurricane has become a cat 4 and they say they don't know which way it will go and that it's give or take 100 miles at this distance out.  I spent the day getting supplies to prepare for power outages and supply chain disturbances. The stores were busier than I've seen in months and that in itself was quite stressful. At least people wear masks here. I'll need to get propane and fuel for the generator tomorrow when I go to anchor the birds and finish my pre-storm clean up at the pasture land.
