Bresaola,  Speck and duck prosciutto. I got a dozens and dozens of super thin slices of duck prosciutto when I ordered 1/4lb.! I just looked at the price, just under $10. I don't think this entire plate cost more than a few dollars!! I'm nibbling with french bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This is my favorite quick, no cook snack. It's cheap and oh so delicious.  I'll make dinner after. Beef stroganoff tonight!
