I feel so strong, and so healthy. For over a year now, I have done some sort of workout every single day. Some days it's gentle yoga, some days it's a 5k, some days it's lifting, some days it's boxing. I try to listen to what my body needs each day, and sometimes it feels like I'm barely doing anything at all. But after a year, I feel so much muscle under my curves, and so much stability. 

Most of my workouts are only 10 minutes long. A little bit goes a LONG way when you make it a habit!
