THE BUILDING BOOM DISASTER 

If everyday you wounded why things are getting harder, cost of living beyond the average wage and you are struggling to get through!  Just know I CARE, I have dedicted what's left of my life trying to remind people there is still hope, they are not alone and that we can take back what we lost,  Even if it cost me everything I will fight to make a difference to your life too.

The back wall of the property is currently at a 10%  diffrence from top to bottom,   walls throught are 10 cm out of line with the adjacent walls, the sand under the pad is so soft and easy to dig through  and the centre point of the house is sinking, floor are continuing to ripple and the trusserz in the roof at twisting under the weight. Nails pops along bean are sticking into the roof tiles, plaster walls are seperating from celing and floor tiles are also following a similar process from the wall , bathtub has discounted from the the housing it was in, cupboard are detaching from the walls, tiles cracking vertically, glass doors splitting and boundary wall leaning into neighbours properties, carport roof popping out, garage door popping off the railing and can't be reattach, yard pavement sinking, rendering splitting around frames of windows while the windows are beginning to twist, cornercers separated and cracking, roof carpentry not meeting up, screw falling out and landing on the inside of the roof, metal support beam detaching from wooden supports, walls buldging and door frames are if 1.5cm from top to bottom just to name a few issues.
 The builder was found at fault already once for poor installation of the walls and had to rectify the walls under a remedy order enforced by Consumer Protection and the Building Commission Australia, the job they did was a disaster and with the plaster and paint work looking unfinished and uneven. 
I also made communication with the builder Aussie Living in the first 6 months that the property had settlement issues in the yard, this was never rectified by the builder.

Further more I have been reviewing my house plans and contracts which are a disgrace, not only are the rooms not measured correctly the paperwork is missing signatures and the papers are for the wrong house and wrong street, wrong names and contacts have spelling errors on offical papers. 

Aussie living and BGC are the builders responsible for this disaster of a home. Everyday I sit and wait in my $400,000 coffin ! Praying they will assist financially to bring me to safety,  but everyday my faith gets thinner! 👏 at night I hear my roof popping and cupboard clicking as a await the complete failure of the building. 

The amount of homes that's are affected by the building boom looming crisis will be catastrophic to the economic state and environmental fallout will cost US again when our state  undertakes more financial loss, food will go up and so will bills.

We need these business gaints to stop and take accountability for the mess they made!  PAY the trades better or at all so they can spend more time building quality mot quantity And refund our money we lost on our dream when you scammed us.

 Everyday I risk life to stand up and be heard from these miltibillion dollar companies that are sitting back laughing at us while we suffer financial, physiological emotional loss/damage. Not to mention the poision I breathe in daily from my roof and walls that are filled with mould deposits from water seapage. My fiancial situations continues to worsen as does my health but Im stilling fighting everyday to make a difference because I CARE and I'm out of any other options but to fight back.

Like may of you I don't have a second house to get to safety and I was kicked out of the "hotel like" office of BGC  and told I was trespassing after I spent 400,000$ with them. They have offially put a price on our lives! And I have emails from them openly reply to my pleads for help followed by exteme frustrating that make it clear they wash their hands of our lives at 6 years warranty, this proves that they don't care about you or your home but I do
