🌈🕊 MAKE AN IMPACT 🕊🌈

Install an app called ‘Share the Meal’. Donate to a different cause each day for a week. You can tailor the amount to what is affordable for you. You can feed a kid in Venezuela for a day for 35p, for example. There is no excuse here. Make a difference to somebody who truly needs it.

Going forwards, you could make this a part of your weekly routine. It’s such a wonderful thing to do for another person, and it will make you feel amazing too.
