something different today, left pic was start January, right pic start of April, and damn what a difference. 
I'm proud of making it this far, coming from a person who used to be incredibly lazy and not good at controlling appetite. With the help of my super competent personal trainer ( Jas Jasko ) I changed my habits to 3x 1h home workout/week + eating healthier & smarter. And I still have snacks, I just ration them better! 
I lost 6kg and built up muscles I didn't even know I had before! 
I have never felt this fit and good in my life and I'm so happy I finally found the strength to make (hopefully) permanent change.
My next goal is defining those smol abs hehe
