Wellness Wednesday! 
Today I urge you to keep your awareness on your body. Your body has infinite wisdom. 

There are a few practices that you can do today that help you connect with your body and become your own health detective! 

Technique #1: 
Close your eyes and scan your body up and down and feel where you might have some tension. Every time you feel any pain, imagine as if the air you’re breathing is heading towards the spot that is in need. 

Technique #2: 
Place your hand on your heart to connect your mind to your heart, and with each breath, listen to what the heart is communicating with you. Your mind will try to rationalize what is being told to you, instead allow yourself to accept what is being told.
