Every time I get too big for my clothes from muscle gains I ALWAYS donate my old clothes to the Gay & Lesbian Youth Shelter. My car is already filled with 2 bags and taking down another 2 bags to donate. I use this as motivation when I workout now because I get excited when my muscles are too big and it’s time to give away my clothes to the shelter 💪🏼☺️💪🏼
