Did an upper body workout at home today. Worked my shoulders, biceps and triceps. I workout now 6 days a week, usually twice a day and these past few months i've packed on a ton of muscle ( all natural too!) I'm very proud of the hard work and dedication i've done and am loving seeing the results of muscle gain all over my furry body!
