Pics of the delicious food I ate at the buffet yesterday. I am a huge foodie & self taught chef. I love to cook as much as I love to eat.  Next buffet is Valentine's Day. Chicken broccoli alfredo, seafood casserole with shrimp scallops, haddock, brussel sprouts with pancetta, meatloaf, meat lasagna, salad with creamy garlic dressing & a garlic knot, seafood chowder, bread pudding with an anglaise sauce.
