This is again good video for learning what happens underwater before and during LMC. 
Lara feel's like doing her personal best today and goes in for fight. Unfortunately she over tries and could not come up clean. You can see right after 50m turb that her lips are purple. Then she starts losing air and eventually her strokes become uncontrolled. She managed to get up for first breath, but then she slips under again, so I have to rise her on the surface again.
After 10sec she is ok again and smiles to camera.
I really love her in our trainings because she always gives 110%
