I thought it can be interesting for you.
This is quite new training technique in freediving. This is mega helpful to train CO2 tolerance. When you feel the urge to breath and you want to give up you just breath and keep burning oxygene. It also develops low O2 threshold. Here I get twitches at saturation 56. After 10sec or so I would pass out.
