Hi my dear fans. Due to several reasons I have been inactive for a while. Now I start to pick myself up again and try to keep my page more updated.
Today I post a video from my friend Lara.
She really is talented freediver. she has been in trainings only few months, but she is doing great progress. In this video she does 42m. with no air in her lungs. I mean exhaled as much, as needed to keep neutral buoyancy. With hard contractions she manages to do 42m!
