I’ve been trying so hard with this new workout program. I’m seeing better muscle definition. The thing I’m struggling with is my weights gone up about 5 lbs. it’s just hard to watch the scale inch up. I took measurements and the biggest change was I went from 11.75”left bicep to 12.5 in probably 6 months. My right bicep is still constantly,5”behind the left😂. I’ll have to dig further for quads and thighs
