Please stop with all the cardio only workouts. Cardio is great...for your heart & lungs...aka cardiovascular system. It doesn't build muscle😉. What do u need for muscles?  You need weights or resistance training. I'm not trying to bulk so that's why I chose to do functional strength training. This is what I do just before 5.30am. Then I follow up with almost a 2mi run.😁
