Haven't posted about food in awhile. Tonight's dinner...spaghetti squash I had roasted earlier in the week and some leftover spaghetti meat sauce. I know, more sauce would be better. It's all I had left😏. When I was with the husband I would also make some higher protein pasta and he would mix both. That's 1 way to reduce carbs😉. I'm skipping the garlic bread tho🙁.
