Read an article about how to naturally increase your dopamine. I think I do them all🤭. I especially love how listening to music does it. Checking things off of your to do lists (I most definitely operate off to do lists!)  Looking at something that marks your consistency (precisely why I wear a heart rate monitor for workouts).  Yes, working out was also listed😄. Actually anything that gets your heart rate up a bit, like a brisk walk😁. I do supplements as well. I do suffer from depression so anything I can do to increase dopamine, endorphins, & serotonin (short of drugs or alcohol 😁- I don't engage in either!)

Depression is no joke and it's NOT just in your head. It can be paralyzing to where you feel lost and can't move forward. Seek your happiness! I'm working on mine🙂...thanks for helping me through the rough days😙 I appreciate you all!
