If you've decided you want to lose a little weight, I have 1 tip I use. I'm not a big fish eater. So a compromise. I do a battered fish (I like the crunch) & a non-breaded filet. I also do a homemade tartar sauce with light mayo, Greek yogurt,  dill relish, & lemon juice. The battered fish is higher calories. By adding the non-breaded, I get the extra protein without the added calories. Greek yogurt can be mixed with mayo at a 1:3 ratio of mayo to Greek yogurt (I do 2%fat) to give you a good option to all mayo fat & calories. For my veggies,  it's just a frozen veggies with light cheese sauce.  Healthy dinner🥲
