What I learned at crossfit with my sister...my front squats were all wrong 😬. I tried doing it their way today and I could barely have the bar on front my shoulders. They are bruised from their way (putting it on your shelf). I could tell my legs were really fatigued as my running speed was moderate 😏. Still got it in and that's all that matters 😉. My membership is up at the gym so be working from apartment complexes gym. They've got a squat rack with bars & plates so I'm happy until I figure out if I want to do the local xfit.
