Good morning y'all! Got my flu shot yesterday. I flinched when she stabbed me with the needle. She said did it hurt. I said, "well yes. You stabbed me in the muscle, not like much fat there." She replied no no fat at all😄. So your FYI  today is when u get the shot move your arm all around. Doing so dissipates the vaccine so your arm isn't as sore the next day.
