Great workout & short treadmillrun after! I wonder 🤔 how sore my arms will be. I upped the weight on push press. Ok...how many are saying come on Josie, you got this?!😂 
I'm super impressed with my back muscles (face pulls on trx). I imagine it as looks chunky😬. Give me some grace on those burpees as that was 46-60. 😂, ended up doing 90 total. You can see by the heart rate monitor that lifting also increases your HR. Also, you get the afterburn effect on the metabolism for up to 48 hrs😉.
