I had forgotten to post the workout I did yesterday...with some modifications. I went for 15/16 reps cycled thru 2x's & added 15 Burpees (vs doing 4 exercises for 5 min). Then had to cut it short. I finished with 15 Deadlifts at 155lbs (still nursing pulled hamstring🙄) & leg lifts.

Tips highly appreciated...I saw the seam was opening up on my workout pants😩🙄. These aren't cheap 😖. Ticks me off because I love how they fit & stay on place when im working out. Ugh!
